Ma Cabane À Rêves®

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the wholesale of Ma Cabane À Rêves® products to professional retailers (boutiques, concept stores, distributors) who have a validated retailer account.

2. Opening a retailer account

Access to professional pricing is subject to manual validation of your registration request (SIRET number or European equivalent required). Ma Cabane À Rêves® reserves the right to accept or refuse any request.

3. Pricing

The prices indicated in the retailer portal are expressed in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT) and correspond to a discount on the recommended retail price, varying according to product ranges (from 30% to 40%). Ma Cabane À Rêves® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; orders already validated remain at the rate applied at the time of the order.

4. Minimum order

A minimum order quantity per SKU applies (indicated on each product page), as well as a minimum amount of €150 excl. VAT per order.

5. Payment terms

Payment is due in full upon ordering, by credit card or bank transfer. No shipment is made before receipt of full payment.

Ordered products are reserved for 48 hours from the validation of the order. After this period without receipt of payment, they are returned to stock and their availability is no longer guaranteed; the order may then be cancelled or adjusted according to remaining stock.

6. Shipping and delivery fees

Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days from payment validation.

• Metropolitan France:
  • From €150 to €299.99 excl. VAT: flat fee of €15 excl. VAT
    
  • From €300 excl. VAT: free shipping
• European Union:
  • From €150 to €399.99 excl. VAT: flat fee of €23 excl. VAT
    
  • From €400 excl. VAT: free shipping
• International: terms specified upon order confirmation.

As large 80x55cm magnetic boards require specific packaging, a shipping supplement is added to the above flat fee, calculated according to the quantity ordered:

• Metropolitan France: from €8.55 excl. VAT (1 to 3 boards) to €35.82 excl. VAT (13 boards or more)
• European Union: from €14.88 excl. VAT (1 to 3 boards) to €33.96 excl. VAT (10 boards or more)
• International: terms specified upon order confirmation.

These lead times and fees are provided for information purposes and Ma Cabane À Rêves® cannot be held liable for any delays attributable to the carrier.

7. VAT

• Retailers based in France: 20% VAT applied in accordance with current legislation.
• Retailers based in the European Union (outside France) with a valid intra-community VAT number: reverse charge of VAT, in accordance with Article 262 ter of the French General Tax Code.
• Retailers outside the European Union: sale exempt from French VAT (export).

8. Returns and claims

Any discrepancy (missing, defective, or non-compliant product) must be reported within 7 days of receipt by email to commande@macabaneareves.com, with supporting photos. Returns due to simple ordering errors by the retailer are not accepted, except with prior written agreement.

9. Intellectual property, use of the brand and image bank

The retailer is authorized to use the Ma Cabane À Rêves® name and visuals provided by the brand, exclusively for the resale of products, without distortion or modification.

An image bank is made available to retailers for use on their website and social media. Any use of these visuals must credit the corresponding photographer. If this information is not provided with the image, the retailer is invited to request it by email at commande@macabaneareves.com.

10. Welcome kit – first order

For every first order, Ma Cabane À Rêves® offers a magnetic game and a slate, intended exclusively for displaying products in-store (display). These items are not intended for resale.

11. Duration and termination

The retailer account is valid for an indefinite period. Ma Cabane À Rêves® reserves the right to suspend or close a retailer account at any time, particularly in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

12. Governing law

These conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Ma Cabane À Rêves®, unless otherwise provided by law.
